A Message to our Vendors

Whether you have been a Vendor at our Fair before or this will be the first time for you, we thank you for your interest in our 2025 Fort Bend County Fair & Rodeo. Your partnership is essential to our success, and we look forward to a wonderful shopping experience!

Now Introducing : FAIR KID ZONE

We are excited to announce that we will be introducing the FAIR KID ZONE to our 2025 Fort Bend County Fair & Rodeo! This area will be located to the left of our Gate 3 entrance and specifically geared towards our younger audience. We will have games, attractions, and children-focused vendors.

If you are a Vendor and think this may be a good fit for you, please fill out an application indicating that you are interested in becoming a part of this exciting addition! If you are interested in sponsorship opportunities for this specific area, feel free to call the Fair Office at 281-342-6171.

Important Vendor Information

Commercial Vendors are limited to businesses with an actual retail presence, referring to the physical space where a business interacts with customers and sells its products. Submission of an application does not guarantee a vendor spot; a Fair Office employee will reach out with more information once the application is received. If you are interested in being involved with our Fair in a different capacity, please reach out to the Fair Office at 281-342-6171.

Applications are due Tuesday, July 1, 2025, by 5:00 P.M. Applications may be submitted in one of three ways:
1. Emailed to sskarpa@fbcfa.org
2. Mailed to P.O. Box 428 Rosenberg, Tx 77471
3. Hand delivered to the Fair Office

Incomplete forms will NOT be eligible for review. PAYMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITH ANY APPLICATION.
