All forms can be emailed to ajan@fbcfa.org! Once we have the forms we will call you for payment. Please do not mail or email entries after May 2nd. We don’t want to risk not receiving your entry in time.

Register by May 1, 2025, and you will be entered in our early bird drawing to win one entry fee for the 2026 fishing tournament. This only applies to the entry fee, not side pots!

Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony!!
